需要什麼硬體？What hardware do I need?
AnroOne 執行於 Windows 平台，搭配 Intel 或 AMD CPU、AMD 或 Nvidia GPU 的 AI PC 裝置。實際配置由應用場景與預估使用量決定，要進一步瞭解請透過 [email protected] 聯絡。 AnroOne runs on Windows with Intel or AMD CPUs and AMD or Nvidia GPUs on AI PC devices. 導入要多久？How long does deployment take?
AnroOne 即裝即用；部分企業整合需求視範圍而定。AnroHub Discovery 評估約 2-4 週起，依專案複雜度調整。 AnroOne is ready out of the box; enterprise integrations vary by scope. AnroHub Discovery typically takes 2-4 weeks for an initial assessment, depending on project complexity.

AnroOne 跟 ChatGPT / Microsoft Copilot 有什麼差別？How is AnroOne different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?
ChatGPT 與 Copilot 主要是雲端 AI 助理，偏向通用對話與生產力。AnroOne 是 Hybrid Edge AI，運算在裝置端、資料留在客戶手裡，並可整合客戶自己的知識庫做產業專屬回答。三者定位不同，可以並存搭配。 ChatGPT and Copilot are mainly cloud-based general AI assistants for conversation and productivity. AnroOne is Hybrid Edge AI: compute runs on-device, data stays with the customer, and it can integrate your own knowledge base for industry-specific answers. They have different positioning and can co-exist.
資料會送雲端嗎？我的資料安全嗎？Is data sent to the cloud? Is my data secure?
預設 Edge — 敏感資料留在裝置端執行。需要時可選擇雲端，極敏感場景可選擇 Air-Gapped 部署（完全離線）。 Edge by default — sensitive data stays on device. Cloud is available when needed, and air-gapped (fully offline) deployment is supported for highly sensitive scenarios.
我的對話 / 資料會被拿去訓練 AI 嗎？Will my conversations or data be used to train AI?
不會。客戶知識 100% 屬於客戶（合約 Day 1 明確），客戶 fine-tuned 模型也留在客戶端。 No. Customer knowledge stays 100% with the customer (contractual on Day 1), and customer fine-tuned models remain on customer premises.
支援哪些語言？中文表現如何？What languages are supported? How is Chinese support?
即時多語言翻譯支援中、英、日等語言，可雲端或地端部署。AnroOne 整體介面與對話支援 繁體中文與英文。 Real-time multilingual translation covers Chinese, English, Japanese, and more, in cloud or edge deployments. AnroOne's interface and chat support Traditional Chinese and English.
可以完全斷網使用嗎？Can it run fully offline?
可以。AnroOne 大部分功能可在 斷網 / Air-Gapped 環境執行，這是 Hybrid Edge AI 架構的核心優勢之一。 Yes. Most AnroOne features run in offline / air-gapped environments — a core advantage of the Hybrid Edge AI architecture.
